I want to tell you about whats going on

right now in my life!

 

I have been working my tail off for

the last 2 years to have the freedom to spend

time with my family anytime I want!

 

When my wife had cancer, she went through

her treatments and took care of our daughter by herself.

You see my job kept me away from my family, I wasn’t able

to be there for them. I made a decision that my  

situation at that time was not going to dictate where

I  finish in life! We all have choices to do whatever we need to make

ends meet, but don’t let anything hold you back from your dreams.

 

My wife’s father has cancer and the one thing I’m

thankful for is she can be with her dad anytime she wants.

It’s painful to realize all the time I lost with my family

during that time, but all it took was a decision to make

a change. You only have so much time to enjoy the

people who are close in your life. Make today count.

 

It’s never to late to make a change like I did!

I finished some Facebook ads last night

at about 11pm EST last night. They were approved through

the night and were on fire all day with good results

so far (not optimized yet).

Couple of things to do is break your ad into 3 age groups.

All you do is “create similar ad” to keep everything intact

and just change your ages. Great simple way to track and pull

ad that is not performing well and not waste any more

of your money!

This time I put the price of what I was selling in my

ad and I’m having great results! I have found to be over honest

in your ads with no surprises (nobody clicking just to see what it is)! 

The price acts like a filter so my “Cost Per Click” goes down

and their is no surprise for the lead.

Click ad and you will see their are no surprises.

Feels that way at times doesn’t it?

 

Hey Guys

 

I was watching “Secretariat” with Jeannie and Sage

the other night, again! Man what a powerful movie!

Rent it, get it, just watch it again if you have it and really let

the story set in.

 

I will tell you just a short time ago I would 

hear people say “the only way not to succeed is quit” and I knew 

what they were saying, but really those words just skimmed

right through my ears. Didn’t really impact me.

 

The other night when I was watching “Secretariat”  I finally understood

how I got through those tough times when I wanted to quit! Yes we all want

to at times, but those who push through will always prevail and be successful!

 

When those tough times hit you head on and you just can’t find

a solution to overcome them that’s the time to push through! I call those times

the “quit test”. I have articles and video’s on mindset and how important

mindset is to overcome quit tests. 

 

We may call them hurdles, mountains, bad-days and it’s very

frustrating to push through, but it gets easier because you condition

your mind to challenge the “quit test” and find a way to beat them. These can be

seen as breakthroughs in your business or in your life.

 

Like the other night watching the movie and Penny Tweety was facing

losing her farm she didn’t quit! She had people that didn’t believe in her she still didn’t quit!   If she would have quit Secretariat could have been just another race horse not the greatest race horse in history and the last Triple Crown Winner! She believed in her dream!

 

So don’t quit! It’s what a lot of people do. You’re not one of them!

The meaning of quit is to give up, my meaning is disguised as the

next step to your success. My partners and I are here as a testament

that we all kicked the “quit tests”  ass and will continue to help others from quitting

on their dream.

Today was kind of a crappy day!
My wife and I have been working on
a deal for a house that we
really loved. It fell through and
took the wind right out of our sails!

There are plenty of homes, but we are picky and
love the older homes with lots of character and charm.
I mean original pink and green tile bathrooms
kitchens right out the 60′s untouched, perfect!
Where we can put a little touch of our own in it!
The one we can call home. Frustrating!

I was reminded about my video on Mindset
and how powerful it was to watch and
re-focus my mind. Gotta keep positive
and can’t let it beat you!
